Here are the latest numbers comparing the percentage change from original listing price to the final sales price for homes in Newbury NH. As you will see in the charts below, home sales as of today are 6 sales below that of 2010′s year-end sales. But, at the moment there are 6 properties under contract in Newbury, so the year end sales should be about the same as last year. The big difference though is in the median sales price which is up $112,562. I think one of the major reasons for this price jump is because there have not been many sales this year under $300k. Last year 2010 there were only 2 sales in the $300k’s and this year there have been nine sales in the $300k range!
