This past year waterfront home sales on Lake Sunapee matched sales in 2015 but we had some of highest sales on record for the lake which resulted in over a $6 million increase in sales volume when compared to 2015. A big change for waterfront sales in our region was the activity on Pleasant Lake. There were 7 sales on the lake, making 2016 the best year on record for Pleasant Lake.
